What are the hair fibers made of?
Organic keratin from Indian cotton (keratin is the protein that our hair consists of).

How do the fibers attach to the hair?
When the fibers are applied to the hair, they become statically charged, which gives them a stable hold on the hair.

Do the fibers affect my hair growth?
No, they do not. When used according to the instructions, there is no negative or positive effect on hair growth.

Is Trimogy completely safe?
Yes. When used according to the instructions and with common sense, there are no risks involved. Hair fibers have been dermatologically tested and have been sold globally to millions of users for several decades.

Do your fibers block Rogaine?
No, they do not. If you add hair treatments such as Rogaine before applying Trimogy hair fibers, their effect will not be blocked.

How do the fibers hold up in wind and rain?
Trimogy hair fibers have a strong hold on the hair due to their static charge, which protects the fibers, but in heavy rain/wind, the hold can be strengthened further with hairspray.

How do your hair fibers react to sweat from exercise, for example?
If the hair fibers are applied to the hair as instructed and not the scalp, sweat will not "wash away" the hair fibers, but in extreme sweating, the hold of the hair fibers can be strengthened with hairspray.

How long does one container last?
One 25g container lasts about 2-3 months. It all depends on how often and how much you use the product.

Can I use hair fibers with other styling products?
Absolutely. We recommend applying the fibers after using a styling product such as hair wax or gel, but hairspray should be used after applying the hair fibers.

If you use electronic styling products such as curling irons, flat irons, or hair dryers, you should apply the fibers after using them.

Can colors be mixed?
Absolutely. Mixing colors can be an option for those who feel that they can get a more suitable color if the hair color they have is not one of the basic colors we offer.

Does hair fiber contribute to more hair loss?
There are no scientific studies linking the use of hair fibers to hair loss.

Is hair fiber harmful?
Trimogy hair fiber is dermatologically approved and contains no harmful substances.

Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days. PLEASE NOTE! Orders placed on holidays will be shipped no earlier than the first non-holiday weekday thereafter.

What is the cost of delivery?
Free for delivery with Postnord to your mailbox.

How are the products delivered?
The packaging is discreet, with no logo or product description visible on the packaging that our products are shipped in, and you can choose whether you want it delivered directly to your mailbox or to a pickup point.

Do you ship from Sweden?
Yes, all our packages are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the borders of Sweden. However, you can contact us if you have a request for delivery outside the country. We will then review the shipping method, shipping cost, and delivery time and then return with a price proposal.

What time should I order to ensure that my package is sent the same day?
All orders received by us before 12:00 on a non-holiday weekday.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
You can specify the delivery address when you place your order or create an account.

Do you ship directly to the mailbox?
Yes. The package will be sent directly to your mailbox. However, Postnord may sometimes consider it impossible to deliver directly to the mailbox, so it may still end up at the nearest pickup point.

Can I come and pick up the package from you?
No.
