  1. Limitation of Liability
  • The buyer acknowledges that all goods purchased from the seller are not food, animal feed, or in any way intended for human consumption.
  • The buyer is responsible for storing goods offered by the seller out of reach of minors and pets.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
  • We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
  1. Purchase
  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address.
  • If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@trimogy.com.
  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the first non-holiday weekday thereafter.
  • If there are any delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: info@trimogy.com.
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of Withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an ordered item.
    • When using your right of withdrawal:
  • You must notify us that you are withdrawing. The notification should be sent to us at info@trimogy.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns should be clearly stated.
  • You should immediately and no later than the statutory 14 days after the notification of withdrawal, return the products to us.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be well-packaged and in the original packaging.
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products that have been sealed and where the sealing has been broken by you.
  • Products that have been used/consumed by the customer after delivery.
  • Services that have been performed and where you have expressly consented to the service starting without the right of withdrawal.

  1. Complaints and Claims
  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the defect free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
  • The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
    • How do you proceed with a complaint?
  • Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@trimogy.com where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the error.
  • If we fail to remedy the defect or deliver an equivalent product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  • We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. In case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints, see se.

  • We reserve the right to any printing errors on this website as well as the sale of products.
  • We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the appearance of the products since there may be a certain color difference depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution.
  • We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.

  • According to the law on electronic information, visitors to a website for privacy reasons must be informed that cookies are used.     • By shopping at Trimogy, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal information. We care about your personal integrity and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or forward your information to third parties without legal grounds.
    • Trimogy is responsible for the processing of personal information that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal information is processed by us to handle your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to customize marketing to your individual needs.

    • If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider, MailChimp, in order to keep you informed of marketing information and offers.

          10.4.4 Customer consent to post-purchase review invitations

    • The buyer agrees to receive email invitations to review the products they have purchased.
